 federal judge declined to stop construction at a contentious high-class housing project in Georgia. So reports The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Developers of the Sea Island project can continue working on a barrier aimed at preventing beach erosion and storm damage, the judge ruled, even as the Southern Environmental Law Center alleges the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers did not consider alternatives before granting its approval. The case in ongoing.
