Denver Scores Top Spot in Inaugural 'Multifamily Green Building Adoption Index'

The first ever Multifamily Green Building Adoption Index from CBRE ranks Denver as No.1 in green certified multifamily apartment units, which is twice the U.S. average. So reports Mile High CRE.

According to the report, 7% of the city’s qualifying buildings are green certified. The Washington DC/Suburban Maryland region came in just behind Denver with 6.9%. Further, Denver also ranked highly, No. 8, in the Office Green Building Adoption Index.
