'Smart' City Expected to Create 25K Jobs, Change Face of Construction Industry

Bleutech Park Properties, Inc. announced a $7.5 billion "insular mini-city" construction project in Las Vegas. It is expected to break ground in December. So reports KFOX14.

Bleutech Park will feature net-zero buildings and have a "automated multi-functional designs, renewable energy sources, autonomous vehicles, artificial intelligence, augmented reality, robotics, supertrees, [and] self-healing concrete structures." The Las Vegas project is expected to take six years to complete and is expected to redefine design standards going forward.
