Construction Lagging in 'Millennial' Areas: NAHB

Construction growth has begun to lag in “Millennial” areas, according to a new report from the National Association of Home Builders. So reports Housing Wire.

However, even though growth has slowed, these areas have enjoyed some of the highest single-family and multifamily housing production rates when matched with areas housing different age demographics. There have been two straight quarters of declines for single-family construction in areas with a high concentration—at least 26%—of Millennials.
