U.S. Attorney Charges Hultgren for Death of Employee

The U.S. Attorney’s Office in South Dakota brought federal charges against Hultgren Construction for its alleged role in the death of Ethan McMahon, a former employee of the company. So reports the Argus Leader.

The company was tasked with doing work on the Copper Lounge in Sioux Falls when it collapsed and killed McMahon. Hultgren Construction was in the process of removing a load-bearing wall 38 inches thick at the time of the accident.
