San Mateo Builders May Be Subject to New 'Reach' Ordinances

San Mateo developers will have new incentives to go electric if recently proposed measures are ultimately put in place. So reports The Daily Journal.

Solar panel requirements and additional parking chargers for electric vehicles are among some of the other considerations also being discussed as ways to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The City Council has an Aug. 19 meeting where the new ordinances, which are possibly more strict than required by state law, will be reviewed.
