Miami Worker Toppled By Boom Truck, Airlifted to Hospital

An unnamed construction worker was airlifted to the Jackson South Medical Center after being struck by a toppling truck. So reports The Miami Herald.

After crashing, the 50-foot articulated boom lift also caused a gas leak that was eventually contained. Six country fire and rescue units were sent to the scene, and, as of press time, the condition of the worker was unknown.
