Paradise Park, Las Vegas to Feature 20-acre Lagoon

A 130-acre golf course in Las Vegas is being converted into Paradise Park, a 1.5 billion dollar development project that will boast a 20-acre lagoon on site. So reports the Building Design + Construction.

From the white sand waterfront, guests will enjoy watersports and other activities during the day, parties and fireworks at night. Part of the Wynn Resorts family, Paradise Park will be a family destination that will sit adjacent to another Wynn property just off the Las Vegas Strip.
