Atlantic Coast Pipeline Will Move Forward Despite Nullified Permit

Dominion Energy will continue construction of the Atlantic Coast Pipeline while considering options after a "key" environmental permit was nullified. So reports Metro News.

Construction along the 600-mile route will not delay as developers review the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals decision. Dominion said it will work to avoid sensitive areas during construction, however. The pipeline will run from West Virginia to North Carolina.
