“Building Women in Construction” was Ms. Crepeau’s response to the challenges facing construction recruiting, particularly for women. Construction Dive reported that Crepeau is a student in her final semester at Wentworth Institute of Technology and will soon start work as a field engineer with Bond Brothers Construction in Boston.
