Prosecutors allege work-site foreman Matthew Riley of Washington raped an apprentice several times and threatened to silence her. So reports Komo News.
Riley was an employee at Woodinville-based Northwest Partitions. According to detectives, Riley called the employee to work, isolated her and assaulted her upon arrival. The alleged victim, on three separate occasions, was said to have been called to work, raped, and then forced to work at the site. The woman told officials other employees threatened her not to tell anyone and she believes they were complicit in the rapes.
