A construction crew member, who was on his second day at work, fell from the 53rd story of the Wilshore Grand Center tower in an incident the construction company says is not work related. So reports KTLA in Los Angeles. 

The worker, an electrician, landed on a moving vehicle that was driving past the site. The site has been under construction for about 3 years with more than 800 men and women routinely working at the site. According to the article, when asked to elaborate on what the worker was doing at the time of the incident, the construction company said "not performing any functions related to his employment or his work."
