Cherokee Nation Property Management (CNPM) seeks proposals for the construction of a 470,000 square foot outpatient health facility and an adjacent 1,400 stall parking garage. The project will be constructed in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
The oversight of the project requires 100% compliance with the specifications as defined in DHHS/IHS/DES A/E Design Guide 2013 as reflected in the construction documents certified by the architect. The complete scope of the project and RFP requirements are available at the Cherokee Nation Website.
