The Manhattan District Attorney's Office charged Parkside Construction and Affinity Human Resources for allegedly underpaying 520 laborers working on a Billionaires’ Row condo. So reports AM New York.

The companies are also charged with committing workers' compensation fraud. According to the charges, workers were shorted $1.7 million and the firms committed $7.8 million in fraud between 2014 and 2017. Individual charges against employees and executives were also filed.
