Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) officials were onsite after an unidentified male worker was apparently pinned beneath a beam and killed at a construction site in Annisquam. So reports The Eagle Tribune.
Representatives from the Essex District attorney were also onsite conducting an investigation after police and firefighters responded to a 911 call. One other person was transported to an area hospital.
