In late November, Joseph P. Galvin a construction manager with Sordoni Construction was arrested on allegations that he downloaded child pornography onto his work computer. So reports The Citizens' Voice.
The 50-year old engineer was arraigned on felony charges for allegedly downloading nearly 100 child porn images and a graphic 44-minute video on his company-issued computer. The initial discovery was made in October 2016, when Sordoni officials were informed of the investigation and Mr. Galvin was let go from the organization.
It is not clear why it took a year for charges to be filed, but arrest papers indicate Galvin admitted to using his work laptop computer to view and download child pornography but the company had it in its possession.
