The New York chapter of the Associated Builders and Contractors wants developers to avoid contracts generated by the Building Contractors Association amid allegations that BCA favored unions in contract negotiations. So reports the Commercial Observer.

BCA is intended to act as an unbiased agent between contractors and labor unions. In this instance, BCA President Paul O’Brien was alleged by the Real Estate Board of New York to have backed a lobbying campaign by the unions.
