In an all cash, $663 million dollar deal announced in late April, Oracle plans to buy Textura, a highly regarded cloud-based construction management solutions provider. So reports Tech Crunch.

The deal is expected to close by the end of the year. According to Tech Crunch, Oracle plans to retain Textura employees and create a new business unit, Oracle Engineering and Construction. The acquisition is intended to build out Oracle’s Primavera project management and billing system.
