The ideal candidate will be able to provide architectural, engineering and planning expertise for renovation, construction and maintenance projects for facilities in the Los Rios Community College District. This will include management of structural, mechanical, electrical and signaling systems planning, implementation and renovation.
Additional responsibilities include oversight of bidding processes, review of plans, documents and surveys to coordinate projects, and insuring design and planning comforms with applicable codes and regulations. The salary is $6521.00 monthly. Application deadline is October 20, 2015.
