Your employees represent your brand so make sure they look the part. From company issued polo-shirts to full service uniforms, you should have a say in how your team presents your business to customers. Once you’ve hired high quality staff, train them on how to interact with and provide “just enough” education to your customers.
To further promote your brand image, you can also send out a customer newsletter that informs of any awards or new certifications that you, or your service team members earn.
