World’s Tallest Single-family Home on the Market

Phoenix-based architect Sukumar Pal is selling the world's tallest single family home for $1.45 million. So reports Today.

The “Falcon’s Nest,” set against the Prescott National Forest, is 6,200 square feet and sits approximately 124-feet in the sky. It has multiple atrium and viewpoints, three bedrooms and four bathrooms.   

Before choosing the location, Pal visited more than 200 potential building sites. Upon his wife's passing in 2016, Pal decided to sell the residence and hopes someone who "love[s] the home as much as he does” will purchase it.
