This is strikingly clear in Engineering News Record’s 2017 lists for Top 100 CMR Firms and Top 100 DB firms. With many (but not all) states allowing alternative project delivery for public sector construction, these lists are going to grow and alternative models will have more influence in the industry--from building design to transportation systems.
