One willful safety violation by DMAC Construction LLC of Haverown, PA resulted in OSHA penalties in the amount of $70,000.
The fines were applied after several previous citations and penalties had not been sufficiently addressed by the company owner, Darren McGee. According to OSHA, worker safety was repeatedly jeopardized, particularly in regard to falls from up to 25 feet.
