U.S. builder confidence grew in October as faith in the market for new, single-family homes crept up by a point. So reports World Property Journal.

According to the National Association of Home Builders/Wells Fargo Housing Market Index, builder confidence has held in the high 60s since June (scores above 50 indicate more good than bad). Low unemployment, high housing demand and favorable economic conditions have driven scores up.
