Whitestone REIT, a NYSE listed real estate investment trust (REIT), is seeking a commercial real estate Senior Construction Manager who will be responsible for planning, co-ordination and control of a project from inception to completion.
The Manager is responsible for ensuring all requirements regarding functionality and standards are met and ensures the project is concluded successfully. Among other qualifications, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in Commercial Real Estate or working in construction for retail storefront/ big box projects.
Whitestone manages more than 60 Community Centered Properties™ in high-growth and diverse markets in Texas, Arizona and Illinois. The Company has plans to expand through new acquisitions and innovative approaches to redevelopment and repositioning.
