The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) recognizes Mounir El Asmar for his outstanding contributions to construction management and construction engineering. So reports ASU News.

El Asmar is studying new collaborative planning, design and management approaches to enable construction projects to be more efficient and cost-effective, and to ensure the quality of built environments. El Asmar is an assistant professor in the School of Sustainable Engineering and the Built Environment, one of the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University.
