The Wagoner County Sheriff's Office has accused Crossland Heavy Construction and Crossland Construction of illegal dumping on federal wetlands. So reports KTUL, an ABC affiliate.
The Crossland Construction Company is based out of Columbus, Kansas and has operations in 37 states. The company faces up to a $50,000 fine for each violation. It is up to the U.S. Corp of Engineers to decide who will clean the site.
