Tackling the labor shortage problem in construction is an ongoing quest, with answers as elusive, it seems, as the Holy Grail.

The answer is not that young workers don’t want to labor in intense conditions, such as heat or freezing rain. Such a conclusion is more speculation than fact, and doesn’t offer solutions.
