A minority contractor is suing Clark Construction, the builder of the new Golden State Warriors arena in San Francisco. So reports ABC 7 News.
Art Blacksher claims Clark drove him out of business through discrimination, extortion and fraud. Blacksher wants the construction company removed from the project, claiming Clark defaulted on its promises to make timely payments to him, his workers and to the union, which triggered penalties and other liabilities that eventually drove him out of business.
