Wendy MacLaughlin, a Senior Vice President with Hill’s Construction Claims Group, has been named as Co-Head of International Expert Witness Services, the company announced recently.
Hill International is the 8th largest construction management company in the U.S., as ranked by Engineering News-Record magazine.
Hill will operate across the international region for a base in Hill's London, UK office. She has more than 20 years of experience in planning, design, scheduling and construction management. Maclaughlin’s expertise is in the analysis of delay to engineering and construction projects in addition to serving as a programming expert witness.
The scope of her work includes analysis of delays to projects involving power plants, pipelines, wharves, roads and railways, process plants and manufacturing projects. She will serve along with Franco Mastrandrea, who currently holds the role.
